Meadow mixture for perennial, moderately intensive usage on less fertile soils.

 

The addition of cocksfoot and tall fescue in the mixture composition allows for satisfactory yields even on weaker stands, and the green mass produced is very suitable for hay or hay silage. The addition of red clover and alsike clover in this mixture provides for an adequate protein content. A meadow established with this mixture yields up to three cuts a year.
